We’ll show you how to care for your wig, topper or hairpiece, and give you instructions for the piece you take home. Keep those instructions handy and ask us whenever something isn’t clear.
Which care instructions should I follow?
Follow the instructions our team provided for your particular piece. The care depends on the kind of hair and how your piece is made and stays in place. If you need another copy, let us know.

Use the products recommended for your piece. If you’re thinking of trying something different, check with us first.
How should I brush it?
Be gentle. Support the hair and base, begin at the ends and work through tangles slowly with the brush recommended for your piece.
How do I wash and dry it?
Use the washing and drying instructions you received from us. Avoid rubbing, twisting or wringing the hair. Ask us before changing the routine.
Can I use heat to style it?
Check with us before using a dryer or styling tool. Some pieces need different care, so we’ll help you check what is safe for yours.
What if my piece doesn’t fit or stay in place as it did?
Give us a call. We’ll help you set up a visit so we can check the fit and any clips or other attachments.
